Hey y’all, it’s Rayn!

With the organic shift from an apprentice of conNECKtedTOO to a creative assistant of TINYisPOWERFUL there were, and still are, many skills I needed to learn. Facilitation is one of those developing skills that I have some experience in but would really like to get a good footing in.

So for future reference I’ve made a guide in how I would like to facilitate meetings. And when shared this with Victoria Rae Moore, our Executive Director, I was encouraged to add it here.
