Although he never saw one, Donald loves EAGLES. The pictures are from his shop on SPRING Street. I visited him recently. He asked: “What is a GRIOT? – Same word in French, …..”

I then asked Arianne: “Griot means ANCESTRAL STORYTELLER”

and Google added: “a member of a class of traveling poets, musicians and storytellers who maintain a tradition of oral history in parts of WEST AFRICA.”
