“Art is everything” is about seeing all of life and beyond as an art. While “a zine can be anything,” engulfs the concept that any topic and set of materials can be used to share our perceptions of the world with others. Both of these statements carry with them the spirit of art and zines being accessible and something creative that everyone can tap into. It’s about breaking down the walls and barriers in our minds that tell us everything has to be perfect or “high” art to be shared or counted as art continues.
